About This Project

The Escape Collective was started by myself and three other friends in 2013. We started off building Geodesic Domes, where my largest role was directing a team to sew the large-scale covers. From there we’ve evolved into an experiential design company, working with major clients like Nike, Ikea, Corona, Stay-Wild Magazine, and Design Week Portland. Over the years I’ve worn many hats as a co-founder. I’ve managed teams and hired employees, lead event curation, given creative and artistic direction, managed¬†production timelines, set budgets, developed and fabricated¬†products, lead workshops, photo documentation, wrote blog posts, social media directing, merchandising trade show booths, and anything else that was needed to keep the company running smoothly.
